Why community sporting and fitness activities?
To increase participation in sporting activities whilst at the same time increasing the fitness levels and well being of the people in our community.
To create an enjoyable and valued sporting experiences for the participants.

£5pp per session

12noon – 2pm @ Charles Dickens Centre, PO1 4DY
First session is free. £ 2/pp thereafter
